We make use of The Courier Guy shipping. We are located in a remote area so orders may take 3-5 business days to deliver and up to 6 working days for outlying areas. Products are only shipped from Mon - Thurs.

If the product has been damaged on arrival please email us with a photo of the damaged item with the proof of delivery waybill number located on the box, the day that the item arrives.
